Republic Of Bokonton:Official representative

Our Language

Although Bokontonians 'officially' speak English, here are some vocabulary words-definitions you won't find in many dictionaries.

Rather than being specific to Bokonton, this vocab is mainly intermicronational.

Bokontonian Mean Time (BMT); the standard time of the micronation Bokonton. 30 minutes ahead of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

Cesidian Law; Any territorial nation's claim to the Internet based on the location of a server or client is in fact illegitimate.The rationale of jus cerebri electronici is actually based on international law. According to the Montevideo Convention Article 1, a state is such only if it has a territory. Non-territorial or virtual states are not true states under this Convention. Since non-territorial states are not true states according to international law, it follows that they are not proper jurisdictions either, the area to which the executive or legislative powers or laws of a government extend. Therefore computers, servers, and computer networks like the Internet are not legal jurisdictions on which the powers of the state, including powers of regulation and taxation, can legally apply.

(jus cerebri electronici /right of the server); That the jurisdiction under which a server or client falls is not determined by the territory on which the server lies, or even the territory on which it was built, but by the hypercitizenship or citizenship of the owner of the server or client. Jus cerebri electronici states that the owner of the server or client exercises higher title and jurisdiction because Roman law (jus sanguinis/jus soli) doesn't apply at all to the Internet, but rather Cesidian law (jus cerebri electronici).

Inclusive Namespace;

Indigo Race; Fifth world race. See here.

Internet Time;a new way to tell time, invented and marketed by the Swiss watch company Swatch. The current Internet Time is the same all over the World (no time zones or daylight saving time adjustments). Instead of dividing the virtual and real day into 24 hours and 60 minutes per hour, the Internet Time system divides the day into 1000 ".beats". Each .beat is 1 minute and 26.4 seconds.

Macronation; A macronation is what micronationalists call 'recognized states'. This impression is not entirely correct or comprehensive. Macronations in of themselves are just medium- to large-sized nations, irrespective of whether they are actual recognized states or not. Under this perspective then, macronations can also be non-states, and are in fact Fourth World nations.

Micronation, Micronational;micronation (cybernationfantasy countrymodel countrynew country projectpseudonationcounternationephemeral stateonline nation, and variants thereof) is an entity intended to replace, resemble, mock, or exist on equal footing with recognized independent states

Micronationalist; person engaging in the practice of creating and maintaining micronations.

Micropatriologist;

Micropatriology;

Native Webian;

Quintomondista;

Fourth World; Fourth World is used to refer to ethnic and minority groups who are not represented by a nation-state — e.g Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organisation.The term Fourth World also refers to a "lost" world or sub-population subjected to social exclusion in global society. Sociologist Manuel Castells originally coined the term.

Fifth World; Among micronationalists the term Fifth World also applies to small nations with strong and established national identities, and these nations can have small territories or be completely virtual.

Sixth World; Among micronationalists the term Sixth World applies to serious nations without strong and established national identities (usually younger than 4 years old, very likely to fail). This is your typical young micronation.

seventh world; The seventh world, which is not micronationalism proper to serious micronationalists, is a world of RPGs or pure simulations run for purely egotistical or entertainment purposes (micronations so eccentric and ephemeral their name doesn't deserve to be capitalised)

Tribalisation (or tribalization); Tribalisation is very different from civilisation. Tribalisation is based on the family, the clan, or the tribe, while civilisation is entirely based on cities, and the centres of government and imperialistic tendencies these cities often tend to embody. In the tribalisation paradigm cities and their cosmopolitan, imperialistic, speciality-driven, and polluting lifestyles, matter very little.A tribalised culture is one that stresses self-sufficiency and democracy, not dependence and fascism.

Untribalised (or untribalized); inversion from tribalised to civilised.

webindigenous;  a characteristic of  a cyber world-usually micronations existing only in the imagination/on the internet.The first significant recorded use of the word webindigenous occurred sometime in the year 2003 with the publishing of the Fifth World Declaration. Here the word occurs in the following context: "We, the People of the Fifth World, refuse to live under the tyranny of UN nations, and under the tyranny of the UN itself. As Fifthworlders, as Indigos, as webindigenous peoples, we assert our Bathetic Rights, our Fundamental Rights to Privacy, Life, and Liberty, as well as our Ultimate Right, the right to love, and be loved, by our own Divine Kind."Not only the word webindigenous seems to be used in Fifth World contexts, but it seems exclusive to them. In Quantum Anthropological Leap Part 2, the First, Second, and Third World is the Official World, and this world can also be neoindigenous; the Fourth World is the indigenous one; but clearly only the Fifth World is webindigenous. White, Yellow, and Black races are also part of the Official World; the Red and Brown races (Native American and Malay-Polynesian races) are Fourth World material; but Indigos are the esclusive race of the Fifth World.

Specific to Bokonton:-

The Mool; mode of exchange.

The Gate;  Early on in Bokonton history, all residences, including the palace, had a gate. Nowadays this means the entrance to somewhere-regardless of there being a physical gate there or not. i.e " I'll meet you at Waterstones' Gate" . Waterstones does not actually have a gate, but and entrance.

Valetido!;  bastardisation of the Latin word, valetudo. Commonly used as a greeting.
